Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (
why?)
Regarding my problem with removing
the tools that were installed when I tried LP360, here is the information I got
from the developer. I actually had to download and reinstall the software
because I had deleted the necessary files.
Tom,
Sorry the uninstall was not complete, and hope you had a good experience
otherwise with LP360
that might lead to a future purchase.
As mentioned on the phone, you want to make sure the DLLs are unregistered.
To do this, run (double-click in Explorer) the file C:\Program
Files\LP360\bin\unregall.bat
(I run a program called RegDllView to check what DLLs are registered, look for
LASSymbols.dll, etc.)
Also, you should disable the extension in ArcMap.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,
Mike

I tried your trial offer for the use of LP360. Now it
has expired and I won’t be purchasing the software at this time.
Even though I uninstalled the software the tools are still listed in the drop
down menu. Can you tell me how to remove them?
Thanks for your help.
