Anyone interested in a POP3 auth handler?

We're planning to move all of our webapps to use CAS authentication.
Since we figured the only password our users remember is their e-mail
password (because that's what they use daily), I implemented a POP3 auth
handler.
It uses plaintext passwords, but in our network topology it's secure enough.
Is anyone interested in this auth handler?

Regards,
Daniel Serodio

Daniel,

If you think this is something that could be of general use, please
attach it as a JIRA issue (http://www.ja-sig.org/issues), preferably
with a short description of the intended use case, concerns, etc.

Thanks!
