Here we are only having arcgis 9.2 for a month and the first service pack is out. :) The list of issues addressed is at http://downloads.esri.com/support/downloads/other_/ArcGIS-92sp1-issues.htm and as usual I've place a local mirror for the Desktop and Reader portions of the pack at ftp://ftp.geomaticsyukon.ca/Users/ArcGIS_ServicePack/. For SDE and others you'll need to see the ESRI Support site.
