CAS infinite redirect loop

We are attempting to upgrade our current version of Blackboard CAS Client (which is the original Bristol 2004 version) to the version listed at http://code.google.com/p/blackboard-cas/.

We are getting an infinite redirect loop.

See the attached file for the network traffic as captured by wireshark.

Here are the authentication.properties in Bb.
