Convert CDX file to sdf file

Dear sir,

I have Open babel software.I want to make SDF files from cdx files.

Is it possible to convert more than 1 cdx files to sdf files in one file with each product discription?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. You can convert multiple CDX  
files to SDF if you like:

babel *.cdx -osdf # Read all the CDX files in this directory, output  
sdf, one for each CDX file.
