Correlation Network Diagram?

Hi all

On page 39 of this paper [1] by Andrew Lo there is a very interesting  
correlation network diagram (sorry I dont have a more convenient link to  
the type of diagram I'm talking about). does anyone know of any package in  
R that can generate these types of diagrams?

Maybe not address your question directly. There is a package for
correlation visualization in r-forge
(http://r-forge.r-project.org/projects/corrplot/).

There are several. Have a look at the gR Task Views. There you will also find a link to the statnet suite, where you will find links to a dedicated set of jstatsoft articles.
