DAE One Texture Mapped to Multiple Child Objects

I'm working with a model in which five textures are mapped to eighteen different child objects. Each child object only receives one texture, but the same texture is used on multiple objects. It seems that papervision only maps the textures once and then stops, so only 5 of the 18 objects receive a texture. The rest just show up as wireframes.

When I look at the DAE file in preview, it looks fine. Is there something specific I need to do when exporting the collada from Maya or is this a papervision thing that there's some workaround for?
