High Quality Renderer

Is there any flash renderer being written/already written that can
actually render high quality images, similar to how 3d software does
it, pixel by pixel? It obviously wouldn't be for realtime projects but
might be nice for flash software or tools.

Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (why?)
A none-realtime renderer? I thought the same thing since trying this Pixel Bender filter:

Unfortunately that one wouldn't run in Flash, otherwise could have been a good start point.
