ICEfusion - ICEfaces on AppFuse

I started a new project for the integration with ICEfaces:

* Multi-lingual support
* Static and dynamic menu creation and all necessary action management
* Bugfixes
* This release is the core code for the examples of the forthcoming ICEfaces book
