"mvn appfuse:remove -Dentity=<entityName>" doesn't remove JSP generated files via "mvn appfuse:gen -Dentity=<entityName>" in a Spring AppFuse project.
These files are "/WEB-INF/pages/<entityName>s.jsp" and "/WEB-INF/pages/<entityName>Form.jsp".
They have to be deleted manually.
