Last commit of docu for Zend_Translate

Dear ceriak,

please do not change documentation in a way where the meaning of the content
changes.
You rewrote how translations have to be used and your new description is
wrong.

Also the docbook standard has been changes so it does not fit anymore.

I recommend all others not to translate this commit until it has been fixed.

I did not intend. What were those changes?

I only tried to fix mistakes and clarify at some points – maybe I
didn’t understand fully what does it actually mean/do.

Is there a particular standard for formatting the docbook source?

There’s no much to be translated, most of the changes are English-specific.
