Macau tycoon wants his bank back

This is about the Macau bank caught in the fight between US and North Korea

The US Treasury Dept decided to screw the Macau bank despite the fact that an audit by Ernst & Young completed last October had apparently found nothing to confirm the various charges.

Also this whole thing is not about the $25 million. North Korea is a poor country but $25 million is a trivial amount for any government. It's about justice. In this case, North Korea wants justice, and US is the mafia godfather. Chomsky explains it better than anybody in the artcile below:
