To whom it may concern:
I am looking to model turns in a street network (city-wide), based on the type of intersections encountered in the analysis.
I understand global turns; however, using the intersection data I have (in a point shapefile), I would like to model individual turns.
I have a working network dataset, and have searched through some help topics within ArcView and on the ESRI Forum, but do not understand how to create a turn table with different penalties by intersection.
