Matt:

Are you having cocktails before or after the presentation, LOL.  A lot of ground, otherwise It's good.  It's getting overwhelming, but I agree with you that there are more  *interested" senior people than *uninterested greenies*.  You know that to compete with Rails we should all be writing the instructions.  I do think, however, that all of these technologies are good choices, but people need to get beyond the "why do I get a PERMGENSPACE error every 5th Tomcat deploy?"  What I'm saying is that once you get em' all excited, you have to provide instruction because once they download and start trying things, failure will run them away quickly.

I still can't check out and build successful first try.  I understand.  A lot of folks don't.  I was thinking maybe subliminal messages on AppFuse while sleeping, :-)

Good job, I wish I could be there.

Yeah, I know that docs are lacking.  These presentations were
unfortunately scheduled when I thought AppFuse would be done by, not
when it'll really be done.  So I'll be getting folks all excited, then
tell them they can't use it for a month or so.  Either that, or stay
up all night tomorrow night and give them something to work with. ;-)
