Problem with .csv file

I am using .csv file for language transaction. I have 3 .csv file en_GB, fr_FR,ar_KW.in my arabic file i am writing like this

UAE;دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
Kuwait;دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
Jordan;الكويت
Yemen الأردن,
Iraq;.اليمن

it will work fine in local and after uploading only fr_FR.csv and en_GB.csv but when i upload it the Arabic text is not displaying if we put any symbol (,.' like this after semicolon then only it displays that symbol is also displaying

help me please
