I want to perform decision tree analysis on a target variable exhibiting
(low) spatial autocorrelation.
Does anyone know how to calculate weights in ArcGIS that stand for the
degree of local autocorrelation and that may be used as a weighting
variable in the decision tree analyses. For the latter I am using SPSS 17.0.
