Hello,
I cannot figure out how to set the column widths (either relative or absolute) for the heatmap function - the full manual hints that layout and lcm will control this, but I haven't had any luck.
This is in R 2.9.2 compiled for either FC10 or SUSE11.1 (x86_64)... and am sending the output of heatmap to the pdf driver.
