I have just (2 weeks ago) bought from NN in the states a NN5 and Rd16 rotator. Today, after two weeks it didnt arrive so I mailed Bill Bailey at NN in the US. He told me my package was lost by the couriers, I was devastated as I had a shoot this Tuesday in Liverpool and needed the NN so bad.
To my AMAZEMENT Bill Bailey immediately contacted his suppliers in both Scotland and Italy, both of whom conyacted me within minutes and were bending over backwards to help in getting an NN5 to me.

It has ended up I am having one couriered from Italy to the shoot in Liverpool at the expense of NN.

I just had to write this as I have never had such great service from a company in my life. Brilliant Nodal Ninja, great custoimer service.

Their services are truly second to NONE.  ... and "NONE" is not a competing
company... just in case someone was wondering

When you get the head, you will be even happier, since the quality of build
is fantastic.

A quick update:
Bill Bailey has just called me from the states on my mobile and is organising FedEx to have my NN5 delivered to me by Monday Am. I am absolutely gobsmacked..In future Ill deal only with NN and Andrew Baddeley of 360 Tactical VR in Scotland who also was instrumental in this.

I know I sound like I am being paid for this but I just cannot believe the service.

Belive me NN is a great product (I had a 2nd hand 3 before) and now I know the company can back it up.

I had the same experience with Bailey and Co. while I was in Russia
for a year. Great service, good product. Kudos to them, glad to hear
they are keeping it up.

Just an additional 2cents. I bought a detent ring and they accidentally
sent me the wrong one. Dropped them an email, and a couple days later
the new one was in my mailbox. They didn't ask for the wrong one back
first, or even ask for it back for that matter. I returned it of course,
but the fact that they never even asked impressed me.

I second and third your responses--bought a NN2 several years back. The index knob was 'flaky', called Bill Bailey--new knob arrived several days later.  This classy service keeps a new company viable and valuable.

We appreciate the testimonials from our customers - very humbling.
I believe more in old school business ethics which is important to small companies that rely heavily on word of mouth advertising. No company is infallible to making mistakes and when the situation arises we have shown time and time again we are very quick to remedy. Positive customer feedback has helped us to build a strong foundation of hard earned trust.
We'll even contact customers sometimes going back 3 years back just to see how things are going and how our products are holding up - so don't be surprised if one day you too might get a email asking the same.
We thank all of our customers for their business and support.
Cheers
Bill

ps - Mick-37 - I see your item has landed in the UK and is still scheduled for delivery tomorrow :-)
