I want to translate a reference guide into Czech language, I have read a "getting started" page and I can't find a contact to leader of Czech translation. Can I translate without him or could you send me a contact to him?

Hi Vojta,

I was translating reference guide into Czech, but I don't have time for it anymore.

You have tu send signed CLA to Zend. Then you can get access to SVN repo.

You can visit IRC channel http://zftalk.com/ or zftalk.dev. ZF core devs are there sometimes.
