Trunk 46830 will not deploy for me

I get an error when it tries to do the first set of unit tests and it doesn't create the surefire-reports directory (D:\Data\Eclipse\PreProd\uPortal_3_2_0\uportal-impl\target\surefire-reports).  This is in a Windows environment.  I first tried it with the .m2 directory I had from 3.1.x and then deleted the .m2 directory.  This is the first build I've done for a couple of months from trunk.  The only thing I changed on checkout was to rename and contextualize build.properties.  Pipe log of ant deploy-ear is attached.

Can you try running 'mvn clean install' in the root uPortal directory
and see if you have the same problem? If that fails can you do a 'mvn -X
clean isntall' and attach that output to an email?
