[VOTE] Add Tibor Strausz as an AppFuse Committer

Hey all,

Tibor Strausz has done an extensive amount of work to clean up AppFuse's code and committed many patches to JIRA.

Since he's passionate about quality code and willing to help, I think he'd be an excellent addition to this project.

Here's my +1 for adding him as a committer. This vote will be open for 48 hours unless we get majority before then. No vote in the next 48 hours implies consent. ;-)
