Zend_Log_Writer_Mail proposal feedback/next steps

I've posted a proposal for Zend_Log_Writer_Mail at:

It's only received one comment, which I responded to.

Should I wait around for more feedback?  If not, how should I go about getting this proposal marked ready for incubator and the class committed to the incubator?

Is this all you do to recommend a project? I just upgraded and realized a log provider I use for tracing was added by me. I figured it might be useful to others.

Do I just make a project site, or look for people to say it would be nice.

FYI, this is also in the issue tracker with a working patch. I've also contributed. Not sure if this is known to the RFC.

Ah, I'm the author of this proposal, but I wasn't aware of it being in the issue tracker.  I'll take a look around.  Thanks!

FYI, this is also in the issue tracker with a working patch. I've also contributed. Not sure if this is known to the RFC.
