Here's the second question from my client yesterday...
He wants to be able to drag an email from his email client into a
field in his database, and for it to populate all the necessary fields
- From, To, Subject, Reply-To, etc., as well as the body of the email.
It has to be able to retain all formatting where necessary.
Can this be done? Happy to use a plug-in if it will achieve the
desired result.
I think this may only be a short-term solution to his problem, as
eventually, I see his FMP workflow database taking over completely
from his email client, so that all correspondence about each job is
all held in one place. But this will be some time off yet!
