Hi Andy,
Open your Project settings in XCode
Change the Base SDK to Mac OS X 10.3.9
This worked for me. Not sure if it's the correct way, but I believe
it's due to when you installed XCode, you didn't install the older
libraries for OS X 10.2.8
Hopefully if this is the wrong way to do things, someone else will
pipe up and let us both know.
