how to add new theme????

I need to add a new theme css, where I place the necessary archives(images,.css)?

You should be able to drop it into your styles directory and then
refer to it in your web.xml to make it the default.

NOTE: Most of the themes that *aren't* included in AppFuse haven't
been certified to be compliant with AppFuse.
