A que te refieres con tener una cuenta SVN,
Tengo el usuario y contraseña para ingresar al foro de Zend con eso basta?, si te refieres a tener un software de SVN en mi maquina también la tengo

Hola Benjamín..

En cuanto alguien responda  a mi mensaje seguramente te estarán enviando un correo para que puedas hacer submit con svn, actualmente puedes descargar pero no puedes hacer commit de forma anonima, es por eso la razon de pedir una cuenta svn...

Te recomiendo leer los siguientes enlaces donde encontraras una guía de como documentar, y en cuanto tengas tu svn por favor avísame para darte de alta en el equipo y darte acceso al dashboard de status de traducciones...
