 Under some circumstances, the green checkmark will show, despite changes
 needing to be saved.

 This mostly applies when the file would be moved or saved but no tags will
 change, but occasionally it shows up when there are tagging changes as
 well.  (cover art, maybe? -- not sure, due to bug #3071)

Comment:

 Thank you for your bug report. There are maybe several reasons for this.
 See tickets #3840, #3924 and especially #2950.

 I'm closing this as a duplicate. If you have more information what causes
 the problem on your files please provide this information to the other
 tickets.
